Focus and scope

The Anuario Jurídico y Económico Escurialense is a technical-professional journal whose purpose is to disseminate research works in Law, Business Sciences and Social Sciences related to the studies of this center, aimed at students, professors and researchers in these areas.

This journal is published annually

The contents of this journal are published collectively as part of an issue, closing the possibility of adding new elements to it once published.

 

Open access policy

This journal provides immediate free access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater exchange of global knowledge.

Works are published in the electronic edition of the journal under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Spain license (legal text). They may be copied, used, disseminated, transmitted, and publicly displayed, provided that authorship, url, and journal are cited, and they are not used for commercial purposes.

 

Responsibility of the authors

The opinions contained in the articles as well as their authorship are the responsibility of the authors; Anuario Jurídico y Económico Escurialense maintains a criterion of respect and independence with the texts.

 

History of the journal

The Yearbook was published for the first time in 1960 under the direction of Fr. Bonifacio Difernan with the title of Anuario Jurídico Escurialense, with the purpose of "Reflecting the scientific and cultural movement of the University of El Escorial". In 1989 it changed its title to Anuario Jurídico y Económico Escurialense, to reflect more rigorously the subject matter of its contents, adopting its current structure of three main sections: Law, Economics and Miscellaneous.

All papers submitted to our publication, go through a process of verification of originality, using the anti-plagiarism program TURNITIN.

 

Digital data preservation policy

Our journal has several processes designed to ensure the permanent accessibility of the digital objects it hosts on its own servers:

- Backup copies.

- Inclusion in external databases

- Monitoring of the technological environment to foresee possible migrations of obsolete formats or software.

- Digital preservation metadata.

- Use of DOI.

The files published on this website are available in easily reproducible formats (PDF, HTML and XML-JATS).

This journal is part of the Public Knowledge Project's Private LOCKSS Network (PKP-PLN), which generates a decentralized archiving system, distributed among collaborating libraries, in order to create permanent journal archives for the preservation of original content and its restoration if necessary.

 

Research data deposit policy

We recommend authors to deposit the data obtained from the research developed in repositories of recognized prestige, generalists or specific to their discipline, having to be a FAIR repository and preferably open access.
