Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar los tributos de intervención económica como instrumentos económicos en la gestión ambiental, entendido esto como el empleo del tributo para fines distintos del recaudatorio, la imposición medioambiental y su intensificación con finalidad de intervenir.

Tax system and Environment: state of affairs (I)

Abstract: The present work has for object analyze the taxes of economic intervention as economic instruments in the environmental management, understood this as the employment of the tax for ends different from the fiscal, the environmental imposition and his intensification with purpose of intervening.
