Abstract: Gender violence is a universal phenomenon that persists in all countries and is both a violation of basic human rights as an important public health problem, to the extent it is proven that women who suffer domestic violence have a probability twice with men of developing health problems.Given these circumstances, the LO 1/2004 of 28 December on comprehensive protection measures against gender violence, recognizes a range of rights ,among which are those of socio- labor content that can be developed and improvedby collective bargaining. This study provides an assessment of conventional development of labor rights established in the Organic Law, after a decade been fulfilled since the entry into force of that statute. As a general aspect although the conventional treatment of the figure is limited and generic, include a significant, but not qualitative, quantitative changes in conventional terms which refer to this figure.

Keywords: Gender violence, labor rights, women, collective bargaining.
