Abstract

The militarization of the personnel and the technical means of RTVE, RNE and TVE has been a subject strangely not studied by the analysts of these media. After more than 40 years, it is time to explain what it was. We describe the context in which this mobilization took place in the legal order of the moment. We analyze how the practice was carried out and the reasons that led to requesting that essential entity statement.
