Work in the world is currently undergoing major transformations. Technological advances, new market needs and sectoral interests are some of the triggers for these changes, and Mexico is no stranger to this. Our country, bound by commercial circumstances and in the face of the threat of not ratifying the T-MEC by the United States, promoted labor reform that establishes a new
labor justice system seeking to promote effective enforcement of rights international labour work.
