La reforma imprescindible para el progreso

Resumen:

España puede salir de la crisis, para ello es preciso llevar a cabo reformas de calado en cuanto al régimen establecido actualmente en el marco de las Comunidades Autónomas y en el sistema establecido en la Carta Magna con respecto al bicameralismo.

Abstract:

Spain can stop its crisis, for it is necessary to carry out substantive reforms to the system as currently established in the framework of the AutonomousCommunities, and the system established by the Constitution with respect to bicameralism.
