On January 21, 1642, King Felipe IV signed the Charter of Privilege of Villazgo by which he granted the Exemption to the Lugares of La Calzada and Carrascalejo, Lagartera, Torralba and Parrillas. Navalcán will do in 1653, and these five Lugares, will be the only ones of the entire Lordship of Oropesa that will be exempted from te main Villa, Oropesa, all of them acquiring the power to administer Justice with Civil and Criminal Jurisdiction in the First Instance, and possessing a Territorial Term with exclusive Jurisdiction and Authority over it,
