Resumen: Para intentar entender de una manera global el panorama del sector agrícola y ganadero andaluz hay que prestar especial hincapié a los convulsos años de la segunda mitad de la centuria decimonónica; centrándonos, para tal fin, en la provincia de Córdoba, espectador protagonista de los acontecimientos más significativos. Con el análisis de los datos y su posterior comparación con el de otras provincias andaluzas y españolas intentaremos comprender las vicisitudes socioeconómicas del principal sector productivo del sur peninsular para poder desarrollar mejor las futuras políticas de actuación en un sector de vital importancia como el primario.
AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK SECTOR ANALYSIS OF CORDOBA PROVINCE FOR THE PERIOD 1868 TO 1885
Abstract: To try to understand in a global way the situation of the Andalusian agricultural and livestock sector, It is necessary to give a special emphasis to the convulsed years of the second half of the nineteenth-century; For such an end, we are focusing in the province of Cordoba, which was spectator and key participant of the most significant events during this period. We will try to understand the social and economic vicissitudes of the main productive sector of the peninsular south, thanks to the analysis of the information and its later comparison with that of other Andalusian and Spanish provinces, to be able to develop better the future performance politics in a sector of vital importance like the Primary one.
